Hours of Work
My normal hours of work are:
Mondays to Fridays
7.00am until 11.00pm
Payments accept:
cheques , child care vouchers, cash, other payment maybe considered .
TEMPORARY CHILDCARE AVAILABLE
Full time Rates £2.75 per hour.
minimum of 8 hours monday-friday
between the hours of 7.am - 6.pm
Part time Rates £2.95 per hour.
minimum of 6 hours

Hourly Rate £3.50 per hour.

Unsocialable hours
monday to friday
between the hours of 6pm-11pm £5.00 per hour.

between the hours of 7am - 6pm £5.00 per hour.

If you are late to collect your child from my care without my prior knowledge this will be charged at the rate of time and a half and charged after the first fifteen minutes.
All fees are to be paid 1 week in advance unless arranged otherwise.
10% discount for Eldest sibling
10% discount for one days childcare on referrals that take a place within my setting.

Meal Times & Fees
My Fees include a snack in the morning and afternoon
Breakfast – 8.00am
Morning snack – 10.15am
Lunch – 12.30noon
Afternoon snack – 2.30pm
Tea – 6.00 pm
I can provide Children with meals (breakfast lunch & tea) if you wish and your child is in my care at these meal times. You will be charged extra for these meals. Or you may provide your Childs meals where no extra charge will be made.
Breakfast is charged at 50p per day .
Lunch is charged at £1.00 per day .
Tea is charged at £1.25p per day .
Sickness
Childminder Sick ......No Fee
Child / Parent / Guardian .......Full Fee
Holidays
Childminder ...... No Fee
Child / Parent / Guardian ....... Half Fee (retainer of place on return)*
Bank Holidays ........ Half Fee
*Please be aware that, although there are situations whereby only half fee's are payable, this is dependant on the correct amount of notice being given (4 weeks).Failure to give adequate notice for holidays will result in FULL fees being payable.
I do not work bank holidays but may consider if i have no plans this will be charged at time and a half.
To secure a future full/part time place for your child I will charge a Retainer fee as I can no longer offer this place to a family who may wish to take up the place immediately.
For occassional care a deposit will be taken on bookings of £30.00 per child, this will only secure the days booked and will not keep place open on other dates.

2 weeks at Christmas
This will be the same dates as the local school.
During the year I will be taking holidays but to ensure that you have time to sort out alterative care I will give you the minimum of 4 weeks notice. I will try and help where possible to arrange cover.
I do request that you inform me of anytime that you will not be using my service that is a regular session as soon as possible i.e. sickness, holidays
Children/parents/guardians Holidays
I ask that you try to give me as much notice as possible for your holidays. I will in return give you as much notice as I can for my holidays, the minimum period being 4 weeks.
